Healthcare Doctors Professional Network for Information Sharing & Discussion Forums

In a clinical setting the Doctors and Radiologists etc often come across typical medical cases that are useful to submit for further peer analysis and review. There are clinical experiences that can be discussed to increase the knowledge and experience of the Doctors and medical science in general. Our client, a doctor himself set about creating such an app for the healthcare community.

We finalized on a featureset for the app to contain topic based discussion forums, ability to post medical images and videos as well as descriptions, Ratings for the knowledgeability of a post. Only verified doctors could register to use the app. A chat functionality in the app enabled real-time chat for the doctors.

We developed this application in Native iOS using Swift and in Native Android using Java. The backend for the application was created in PHP. Twilio chat was in integrated in the app.
